Inspect your vehicle thoroughly at the time of delivery

Before signing any paperwork, take a moment to walk around the entire vehicle. Check for any scratches, dents, or other visible signs of damage, even in areas that may not be immediately noticeable.

Note all damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL)

If you spot any damage, clearly write it down on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. This document is your official record of the vehicle’s condition at drop-off, and it plays a crucial role in the claims process.

Take detailed photos of the vehicle

Photographs all sides of the car and focus specifically on the damaged areas. Make sure the pictures are well-lit and taken from multiple angles. These photos will serve as visual evidence for the insurance company.
