If I Have Toll Transponders, What Should I Do With It?

Remove Toll Transponders

We highly recommend removing your toll transponder before your car is shipped. While your vehicle is being transported on a trailer, the transponder can still be detected by toll sensors and may unintentionally trigger toll charges. These charges are your responsibility, as the auto transport company is not liable for any tolls incurred during the shipping process.

To avoid unnecessary charges, simply take out your transponder and store it safely until your car is delivered. Still have questions? Give us a call at 877-325-7288, our team will guide you through the process and make sure everything goes smoothly.
