2 J's Auto Transport

Do I need to be there when my car is picked up or dropped off?

Being Present at Pickup/Delivery

Yes, someone must be present at both pickup and delivery to release and receive the vehicle. This person doesn’t have to be you, it can be anyone you trust who is at least 18 years old. They’ll need to hand over the keys and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) during both the initial inspection and final delivery.
