What does 'First Available Pick-Up Date' mean?
The First Available Pick-Up Date is the date your car will be ready and available for us to pick up. This is the date you tell us, “My car is good to go from here.” It doesn’t mean the vehicle will be picked up on that exact day, but we begin working from that point to schedule a driver, it usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on demand and availability.
